This year, Kingfisher IFFI village goes half musical and half filmy i.e. Band playing during the first half followed by screen of Movie in the second half. It should have been the other way round though.. No DJ Music, No Dances etc this time. After 7.30pm it time for Movie The large wide screen you see in the background (see pic) is also the giant screen for the movies, which remain lit throughout often causing excessive backlights problems, making those in front partially invisible etc First day of filming, the entire movie had sound-sync problem, sound was far behind. Second day it was like that of a ‘silent’ movie. No Talking sound. It had some other background or surround sound though Attendance very poor – Who would like to watch old movies and that too silent? Even migrants didn’t stay back

The concept or the outlook of the village is good though! e.g. Plenty of activities to photograph oneself as Batman, Spiderman, Albert Scissor hands, Marilyn Munroe, various lit photo frames etc where you can just insert your face and get someone to photograph you.
