The promenade was too crowded, it will not abe able to cope up with in the coming days.
More than half the space/width taken by the Goan houses tableau /potraits
with light focuses in front lying dangerously on ground.
Hopefully, these can be moved backward as there is about 1.5 mtr space behind.
On top, many hawkers occupied the front space. More and more will join in.
and not forgetting the numerous migrant beggars, mainly women each with 2-3 infants speading all over the floor.
(in Goa begging has become a good business, husbands/wives are working
leaving their infants with another woman to beg)
IFFI needs a flying squad to get rid of all hawkers and beggars or else it will bring disgrace to Goa. Goans are not beggars but the migrants are Goa is like a heaven for all.
Iffi delegates goodies gunny bags had only two books and there were no ' shopping discount coupons' as announced. The two books could easily go in a folder.

There were two stages on the promenade, one at Opp FL Gomes Garden, Campal 'Cannon Stage' (next to the cannon). Last two years, there were no such stages.
